I'm Cameron. 24. Scottish. Mechanical engineering degree from the University of Glasgow. Level 2 and 3 qualified personal trainer.

Where do you train? +

I come to you. Your gym, your building's gym, or outdoor locations across Hong Kong — parks, harbourfront, wherever works for you.

What if my schedule changes week to week? +

Do I need to be fit to start? +

No. I've trained complete beginners and competitive athletes. The programme meets you where you are.

What qualifications do you have? +

Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Personal Training (Active IQ), BEng Mechanical Engineering (University of Glasgow), First Aid certified. I also owned and operated a fitness studio in Spain.

Do you do group training? +
